Important: Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 345wln's negligence. The limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may close your 345wln account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method in PKR, subject to identity verification being completed.
